Dim Sum Chef

1. Responsible in making Dim Sum like xiaolongbao & chinese dumpling 2. Prepare and cooking Dim Sum ingredients and ensure ingredients freshness 3. Maintain work station and kitchen cleanliness 4. Perform any ad-hoc duties from time to time. 5. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company 6. Train and lead by example to junior kitchen assistant 7. Able to perform split shift and work on weekend/public holiday
