**JOB OVERVIEW**
- Customer Experience & Marketing Associate is responsible for managing all communication from company hotline and act as a marketing support. Other responsibilities include liaising with operations team. Must be customer-centric, independent, diligent and a team player.
**JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Customer Service_
- Respond to all enquiries, reservations and feedbacks via mobile hotline and online platforms in a timely manner.
- Forward enquiries & reservations to respective outlet managers for resolution and follow-up.
- Maintain a professional and helpful demeanour, ensuring customer satisfaction in all interactions.
- Stay informed about ongoing promotions and initiatives to provide accurate information to customers.
- Take initiative in improving customer service processes and implementing best practices.
- Marketing Support_
- Update Google Business listings and generating monthly reviews report and analysis for quality improvement.
- Process and coordinate marketing collateral requisition for outlets.
- Support the marketing manager and marketing department with various tasks and projects as needed.
- Update database monthly.
- Others_
- To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by management when required.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Min. 1-year experience in customer service or marketing roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve independently.
- Possess organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Basic graphic designing skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- A passion for the F&B industry and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
