1. To prepare partial or full sets of financial and administrative reports.
2. To handle office administration and purchasing duties.
3. Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly accounting reports; including input transaction and analysis.
4. Prepare monthly reconciliation of bank statements.
5. Assist and support immediate superior for daily company operation
6. Handle HR matters (staff attendance, leave/ medical or other claims)
7. Create bill, make invoices and receive payments.
8. Keep the files up to date.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00; Actual working hour is 8 hours per day (1-hour break)
