**Primary responsibility**
- Execute the marketing plan to convert sales leads into customers by ensuring order qualifier is approved and subsequently build order qualifiers to become loyal customers to ensure monthly sales target.
- Work with responsible personnel such as trainers, management team, and project administrator to continually craft an efficient marketing plan.

**Secondary responsibilities**
- Using cost effectiveness of public relations and identify market segmentation to sales promotion to reach the target markets and segmentation with appropriate sales promotion to covert the potential customers.
- Competent in office administration.
- Prepare sales records and forms to facilitate sales and marketing meetings chaired by Lead trainer called Marketing Committee Team Meeting.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum SPM graduates with related sales experience. Diploma/degree in marketing, business administration and management will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess related sales experience and drive to meet monthly sales upper-line and bottom-line performance
- Must adapt a sales personality to match the customer or organizational personality in order to promote trainers’ competence.
- Ensure the company capabilities, and always consistently comply to natural quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
