DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

- Focus on sales analysis and reporting
- Provide sales operations and administrative work to sales executives and account managers
- Prepare detailed reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returns, etc.
- Work with business analytics teams and leaders on the creation and management of commercial analytics and commercial related key performance indicators
- Qualify and align new business leads generated by the C.H. Robinson network, internal marketing efforts or external website inquires in a timely manner
- Work closely and collaboratively with sales and account management teams
- Support the network with direction on commercial related systems, databases, and associate processes
- Assist with projects within established scope, timeline, and quality standards
- Provides knowledge of logístical concepts and supply chain terminology to support the network
- Participate in ongoing meetings to stay informed about critical business changes and updates related to the content being delivered
- Has basic understanding of core products, modes, and the services C.H. Robinson offers to our Sales and Account Management teams
- Cultivates a positive working relationship for all team members
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirement

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Familiarity to general industry knowledge and experience
- Developed customer service skills and follow up to be utilized with customers and the network
- High level of attention to detail
- Intermediate technical writing skills
- Highly motivated, resourceful, ability to work independently
- Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization
