Winbright (M) Sdn. Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia with an initial paid up capital of RM 2.00. The total paid up capital now is RM 10,000,000.00. The company was granted a manufacturing license and pioneer status from Ministry of Trade and Industrial in 1991 to manufacturing the knitted fabrics all types. The company had purchased from P.J. Development Bhd, the freehold land 25.006 acres (10.118 hectares) and factory buildings [24, 371.25 sq meters]. Presenting, our company occupied the Knitting Factory building and Dyeing Factory. Where Knitting Factory, we had installed 85 sets knitting machines. The commercial production had commenced since March 1991 and a monthly production of 500,000 kg knitted fabric had achieved. Also Dyeing Factory installed 15 sets dyeing machine, 10 sets brushing machines, 3 sets packaging machines, 10 sets anti-piling machines and other relevant machines for brushing, shearing and strengthening fabrics. The existing factory building are divided into Yarn Store at 9, 304.30 sq meters, Knitting Factory at 6,867.85 sq meters, Dyeing Factory at 5,702.60 sq meters, Boiler House at 406.45 sq meters, Others Buildings at 985.50 sq meters, Canteen at 372.10 sq meters, TNB substation at 45.75 sq meters and Hostels at 686.70 sq meters.
