**RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES**:
1. Matching of supplier’s invoices to delivery orders and purchase orders and check the correctness of the supplier’s invoices in terms of quantity delivered and pricing.

2. Management of Petty Cash-Flow and report.

3. Compile and issue the report for General Manager claim.

4. Circulation of the supplier’s D/O and invoices for verification/approval and filling.

5. Data entry and processing for supplier’s invoices (A/P Module).

6. Any other tasks or special project which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

7. Conduct monthly stock check and report.

8. Ensure the implementation of documented QEHS system.

9. Responsible for providing a safe and smooth operation and to give moral support to implement an effective environmental, occupational health and safety (EHS) programs.

10. To comply all Company EHS policies and EHS procedures.

**RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS**

1. Minimum 1 year relevant experience in the account work or equivalent

2. Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent

3. Possess general office skills and knowledge of ACCPAC Accounting Software will be an added advantage.

4. Computer knowledge in Microsoft Words and Excel is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
