Technician

**Technician**
- Plan and arrange daily maintenance work and emergency response.
- Arrange or participate in orientation and training of new team members.
- Liaise with Head of Maintenance to provide team with necessary tools and resources.
- Issue Purchase Requisition (PR) form and obtain verification from Head of Maintenance.
- Serve as replacement for technician if required.

In addition to Job Scope of Maintenance Technician, as follows:

- Mechanical, plumbing, metalwork and construction.
- Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs for machinery and equipment.
- Operate power tools as required (ex : grinder, welding set)
- Regular checking of machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation and longevity.
- Report any items that require maintenance or repair.
- Construction and repair of structures.
- Ensure tools and materials are kept in storage provided after use.
- Record daily maintenance jobs carried out.
- Assist other departments in skilled jobs if required.
- Work overtime to complete jobs if required.
- Punctual and regular attendance.
- Assist on safety, water treatment and waste water treatment control.
- Any others duties as deemed necessary.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Service technician: 1 year (preferred)
