THE JOBSCOPE
- Supervise and motivate F&B staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a positive resolution.
- Effectively coordinate shift changes and breaks to maintain smooth service.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for food and beverages.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and overall service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay informed about menu items and promotions, assisting staff and engaging guests.
- Contribute to the development and execution of promotions to boost revenue.
- Build positive relationships with guests, addressing their needs and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Capability to excel in a fast-paced work setting.
- Possess physical strength and stamina, the ability to stand for extended periods without compromising performance.
- Strong working knowledge and expertise in food and beverage
- Understanding of industry standards and practices.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- High school or relevant certification is a plus
