**Job Duties**:
- Provide training & development, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations and communications.
- Enhance the organization's human capital planning, implementing and evaluating employee relation, HR policies, programs and practices.
- Provide HR Policy guidance to members of the Company in all regions.
- Ensuring compliance of Group policies, rules and procedures.
- Supporting Company policies writing and briefing
- Cooperate with members across regions.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably, possesses sound knowledge in all prevailing Malaysia Labour Laws and Regulations, Industrial laws and Regulations.
- Good understanding of HR processes.
- Proactive, organized and meticulous.
- Strong organization & multi-tasking skills.
- Possesses conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical and dashboard creation skills.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
