DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To liaise with external & internal parties i.e port officials and related authorities with regard to all operation system and as per company procedure.
- To follow instruction given by superior to meet dateline and client demand.
- To respond enquiries and comment from clients and authorities or Master of the vessel
- Provide port disbursement account to customer upon request and follow up.
- Ensure all vessel operation file is done properly and hand it to relevant PIC’s.
- Responsible for sign on/off for crew vessel and all port operations
- Communicate immediately for any additional service requirements, product and special requests by the Captain, Owner, Charterer or Principal.
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Superior

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION
- Computer literate
- Knowledge in Shipping Industry
- Good written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- SPM/Diploma in Shipping or other relevant studies
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field.
- Fresh Graduate will be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,078.27 - RM5,652.76 per month
