Procurement Apprentice

Responsibilities:

- Checking the pricing of the Purchase Requisition Form is exactly same as with the selected quotation of the vendor/suppliers.
- To cross-check the amount of the invoices is same quantity with the delivery order that we received.
- To complaint to vendor/supplier if we have received the defect items within two weeks received the goods.
- To follow up the quotation from the selected vendor/suppliers for our inquiries and request for the best price with the confirm quantity.

Job Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Operation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Eager to learn attitude and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a basic knowledge in Finance background.
