i) Assist EHS Manager / Safety and Health Officer in preparing and management of EHS documentations such as standard operating procedures, EHS checklist, reports and other related documents.

ii) Assist EHS Manager / Safety and Health Officer to identify, collect and maintain safety and health records as specified in the Safety Management System.

iii) Assist EHS Manager / Safety Officer for the preparation of safety audit and inspection reports.

iv) Assist EHS Manager / Safety and Health Officer in data analysis for continuous improvement program as per required by the EHS Management System.

v) Responsible for the filing and retrieving of EHS documents such as records, checklists and other related documents.

vi) Responsible for the maintaining, updating and compiling of EHS records within EHS Department (i.e., In-coming and Out-going correspondence)

vii) Responsible for the filing system to ensure good traceability for all EHS documents.

viii) To assist EHS Manager in preparing of monthly safety and health report, Safety Committee Meeting Minutes, Safety Statistic etc.

ix) To implement company’s policies, procedures, instructions and necessary activities as relevant and required by the Environmental, Health and Safety Management Systems.

x) To perform any other job duties as required by the EHS Manager and Management.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
