We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef De Partie Baker to join our dynamic culinary team. The Chef De Partie Baker will be responsible for assisting in the production of a wide variety of baked goods, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to our company's standards. This role requires a passion for baking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Head Baker in the preparation and production of a diverse range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Follow established recipes and techniques to ensure consistent quality and presentation of all baked items.
- Monitor baking processes, including proofing, mixing, shaping, and baking, to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area, including equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and ensure timely delivery of baked goods.
- Train and mentor junior bakery staff, providing guidance on techniques, recipes, and best practices.
- Assist in inventory management, including monitoring ingredient levels, conducting stock counts, and placing orders as needed.
- Stay informed about current baking trends, ingredients, and techniques, and incorporate new ideas into our bakery offerings.
- Assist with special events, catering orders, and other bakery-related activities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Baker or Chef De Partie Baker in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, including bread making, pastry production, and cake decorating.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.
