Chargeman A4 at Pahang

1. Plan, operate and carryout work such as preventive, predictive and repair
maintenance for low voltage, transformer, high voltage switch gear and
building.
2. Conduct routine inspections and carry out proper preventive maintenance to ensure that the plant electrical equipment are being operated in a safe and
cost effective manner.
3. Ensure new installations and maintenance of electrical equipment is safe,
correct and complies with Suruhanjaya Tenaga's requirement.
4. To ensure legal compliance to BOMBA, DOSH, DOE, OHSAS, etc.
5. Perform assigned maintenance/ repair work orders in M&E, facilities
infrastructure and building services related works.
6. Manage and supervise contractors in alternation/ construction / renovation
/ repair of facility system.
7. Manage genset, HT and LV room.
8. Drive energy saving initiatives.
9. Ensure all licenses are renewed in timely manner.
10. Prepare monthly report.
11. To supervise service providers/contractors
12. Must be able to supervise technical/administrative staff on daily
office/building operations
13. Able to handle complaints and inquiries from owners/tenants
