Map Ops Specialist

**Role Description**:
This is a contract Map Ops role that will require you to be on-site at our Kuching location. As a Map Ops, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations related to mapping projects. This includes but is not limited to project management, analytics, and communication with clients.
- Analyzing and grading large sets of geo data.
- Validating geo data from external sources.
- Document projects and track status.
- Monitor and maintain evaluation geo data quality.
- Collecting data at designated venues using proprietary software and internal tools.
- Coordinating with HQ leadership and cross-functional teams to drive projects.
- To adhere to confidentiality procedures and policies when collecting, storing and sharing data.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Special experiences in ArcGis and QGIS will be considered
- Passion for improving Maps user experience
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Detail oriented
- Analytical and problem-solving skills essential
- Planning and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, fluent in English
- Team player
