Conveyancing Clerk

Clerk is the person who prepare the sale and purchase agreement and loan documentation by inserting clients’ personal details and property details. They are also required to liaise with bankers for the issuance of Loan letter offer/ letter instruction to start the a buying/ selling property process. conveyancing clerk should be able to work a file from start (sign sale and purchase agreement) to end (advise bank to release loan amount to vendor).

**Requirements**:
Female

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Minimum 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Able to start with short notice and work independently

Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude Hardworking, responsible and committed to work

**Responsibilities**:
Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status reports and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time

Corresponding, attending and communicating with clients, bankers and various government bodies.

**Work arrangements**:
Monday
- Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Alternate Saturday 8.30am-1.00pm

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kulai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
