**IT Executive**

Job Responsibilities:

- Manages all users’ account and supports endpoint security standards (antivirus/firewall/patching/two-factor authentication)
- Work with the executive team to perform computer upgrades and migrations
- Document and define executive support best practices
- Own and drive IT projects and deliverables for the team
- Responsible for overseeing the overall information system function including CCTV, access control system of a school
- Orders supplies, and equipment and handle deliveries
- Assists with various requests by the line manager
- Manages office facilities which include reaching out to vendors to address issues
- Works across all departments to help identify, promote, and share best IT practices, tools, and processes.
- Helps to determine the optimal level of standardization across studios and facilitates the adoption of processes and tools to capture the benefits of standardisation
- Implements global support processes and provide visibility and escalation paths for regional IT teams.
- Proceeds maintaining required records for the executive member and department.
- Coordinates and/or leads ad-hoc projects as well as the operation tasks, as requested by teams.
- Troubleshoots for the networking, firewall, backup & recovery, reinstallation/reimaging of failed desktop and laptop computers.
- Handles general inquiries, and relay messages to appropriate parties.
- Manages Outlook calendar and coordinate meetings
- Handles reporting

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the teaching profession, with a broad and thorough knowledge of Information Technology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
