To build, establish, maintain, and improve relationships with customers.
- Ensure consignment orders are processed accurately based on customer instructions and management guidelines.
- Communicate and coordinate with Shippers, Customers, Customs brokers, and Transporters regarding cargo transportation and status updates.
- Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of inventory.
- Assist in customs documentation, ensuring accurate declaration of import and export permits.
- Maintain systematic document filing to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assist in overdue payment collection.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the department head.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree holder in Business/ Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics field, preferably with experience in the Chemical field.
- Positive working attitude & to be a good team player.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Excel/words.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Melayu.
