IT Executive

To design, develop, test, maintain, enhance and support internal develop systems to fulfill business requirements.
- To liaise with user to identify and document user requirements and gap analysis.
- Consult with managerial, executives to clarify program intent, identify problems, suggest changes to ensure adherence to company policy.
- Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in appropriate language.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing and functional testing.
- Integrate individual software solutions to higher level systems.
- Balance workday between multiple projects and fast respond to tech support requests from staff.
- Troubleshoots, diagnose problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate.
- Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and perform debugging when necessary.
- Perform or direct revision, repair or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
- Analyze data and prepare report as when required.
- Supervise and process helpdesk support requests promptly and accurately.
- Continue to own know-how of business processes and functionalities of systems domain in charged and assist in exploring, studying new technologies and practices.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirement
- Proficient in software development using Android Studio, Java, PHP, ASP.net in C#. Required knowledge in Microsoft SQL database & SQL queries.
- Experience/ knowledge in MES system will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently, creatively and pro-actively to lead discussion and execution of assignments.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, ability to communicate complex technical matters in user language and present ideas clearly to gain supports.
- Basic understanding of global medical device regulations, requirements, and standards will be advantageous, but not an absolute requirement.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
