**Responsibilities**:

- To provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to maintenance teams, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.
- To create a guide for operators outlining proper operational methods to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency in our facility.
- To conduct monthly internal training to machine operator related to handling machines & equipment & fill up training form.
- To create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for repair and maintenance activities, to ensure equipment functionality, safety, and operational efficiency.
- To oversee daily operations, prioritize tasks, and manage work schedules to optimize productivity.
- To ensure preventive maintenance on time and ensure machines/equipment in good condition.
- To maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- To prepare comprehensive reports detailing maintenance logs, equipment conditions, and recommendations for enhancements.
- To respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, conduct root cause analyses, and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
- To attend unexpected machines breakdown immediately.
- To capture machines & equipment down time by hard copy & soft copy.
- To recommend and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- To manage inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and supplies, optimizing stock while controlling costs.
- To ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- To be actively involved in maintenance planning for building & facilities, upgrading/renovation work on building & facilities.
- To executing weekly(every Monday) building maintenance inspection such checking table, chairs, glass door, floor, wall, checking pump house, fire protection system(fire alarm & hose reel system, hydrant pillar, smoke & heat detectors, exit & emergency light),street light, & other necessary building maintenance checking & plan repairing the defect.
- To ensure cleaning of surrounding by weekly - grass cutting, drainage cleaning, wash aircond compressor & change filter.
- To conduct preventive maintenance activities, minimizing downtime and enhancing equipment longevity.
- To make daily reporting in logbook & log sheet. (Plant operational, breakdown and consumptive usage)
- To monitor maintenance expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
- To key-in quotation, invoice & DO in Acumatica system - requisition & receiving.(proceed with receiving process in 3 working days once purchase order status show "open" in Acumatica system)
- To record, implement and complete daily checklists required by the company and DOSH & DOE.
- To collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance task, ensuring they adhere with DOSH & DOE standards. Coordinate and oversee their work to ensure, quality & timely completion.
- To contributes to a safe working environment through conduct of weekly safety walk (every Tuesday)
- To provide “incident report” & provide solution to prevent repeating incident occur again.
- To issue "permit to work" & conduct safety brief to contractor/vendor, follow contractor/ vendor to ensure they comply with company safety procedure, rules & regulations.
- To source, liaise & negotiate with existing & new supplier/contractor to ensure sufficient spare parts, handling new project and repair machine.
- To foster a culture of safety consciousness - training, continuous improvement & etc.
- To ensure compliance of all local laws and regulations and SyAqua business policies and procedures relating to manufacturing are rigorously adhered to at all times.
- To work closely with Production personnel to determine trends and areas for improvement and implementation of the SOP process.
- To direct and control reporting staff including performance management, guidance and disciplinary action.
- To perform any other ad hoc/ additional responsibility as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
