Responsible and fully in charge of selected quality target to ensure it perform as per KPI.
- To perform daily, weekly, monthly bottle checking & inspection meet quality regulatory.
- To maintain quality of bottle, adjustment to be done within given time to avoid excessive time lost and sort defective bottles online or silo storages.
- Should time to time standby at machine or working station to ensure smooth production bottles condition are covering all specification.
- To make a report and improvement action when abnormal bottles quality happens.
- To establish/revised/update all the format based on the need or issue.
- To prepare daily bottle inspection quality report and submit to superior for review.

- To check and carry out test performance on bottles and perform trials by all departments.
- Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Safety & Quality System & QCM and QCP.
- Comply with ISO & FSSC & HCCP Standardization and Comply to Principal audit requirements.
- Ensuring safety guidelines and processing are followed.
- Maintain a clean workplace in accordance with 5's protocol.
- Plant shutdown and no production, required to take part to help Engineering Assistance support machine preventive, annual maintenance, service machines and housekeeping.
- Perform Daily 5S activities and GMP.
- Check and monitor working area for any potential hazard.
- Review Monthly Inspection QC Lab Equipment’s.
- Investigation for customer complaint, reply to Corrective Action Report (CAR / 8D) to prevent re-occurrence & continual improvement.
- Any other responsibilities given by the Head of the Department/Management.
- GMP and AIB score more than 900.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma
- Good interpersonal skills and hardworking.
- Fast learner
- Able to work shifts.
- Possess own transport.
- Computer literary. - MS Office, excel, power point

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
