Factory Manager

1. Train, motivate, and supervise factory operations while adhering to all safety, performance, and environmental standards

2. Ensure production and safety goals are achieved

3. Direct and ensure all production, quality control, and quality assurance processes are implemented to promote productivity, product quality, and company reputation

4. Manage and motivate employees to ensure job is accomplished efficiently

5. Oversee all production decisions, including production and quality control-related staffing, scheduling, and materials

6. Conduct facility and equipment audits, and inspect product and process quality

7 Manage and supervise all warehouse and shipping operations

**Requirements**:
2. Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Strong physical ability and technical knowledge

5. Male only not over 50y/o
