Bertanggungjawab melaporkan segala aktiviti yang dijalankan oleh kontraktor kepada klien. 2. Melaksanakan lawatan yang kerap ke tapak pembinaan bagi memantau kemajuan kerja di tapak. 3. Membantu menyelaras dan menulis laporan tapak, pelan lukisan dan dokumen lain yang berkaitan. 4. Bekerjasama dengan konsultan untuk kenalpasti dan menentukan kawasan untuk sambungna utility 5. Menetapkan dan menguatkuasakan piawaian untuk setiap tapak kerja dan memastikan kontaktor mematuhi garis panduan keselamatan yang betul 6. Memastikan projek pembinaan kekal menguntungkan dengan mengawasi belanjawan sepanjang proses pembinaan. 7. Mengiringi klien semasa lawatan tapak dan menjawab soalan tentang kemajuan perubahan dan keseluruhan projek pembinaan; bekerja rapat dan berunding dengan klien sepanjang tempoh projek. 8. Memastikan projek memberi kualiti produk/perkhidmatan yang terbaik tanpa kecacatan. 9. Sentiasa mengikut perkembangan semasa dalam industri pembinaan dari segi metod dan dokumentasi projek.
