**Responsibilities**:

- To record payment details and prepare necessary reports.
- To book flight and accommodation whenever necessary.
- To manage internet subscription and termination with relevant vendor whenever necessary including justification of package and price comparison.
- To assist in clearing of abandoned shipment whenever necessary.
- To manage company assets and stock supplies (drinking water, pantry supplies, toiletries and etc).
- To manage contracts and agreements including preparation of NDA and request for agreement review whenever necessary.
- To be the office coordinator and handle incoming letters and cleaner’s attendance.
- To do other tasks as assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Possesses at least a Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 years experiences in Admin role.
- Able to write and communicate in English.
- Has basic knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
