**Job Scope**:

- 1st level support for end user PC, laptop, printer and any IT equipment
- 1st level support for ERP software
- Support for IP CCTV, Door Access terminal
Support on site at Bukit Tengah, Penang. Occasionally needs to support at another location at Klang, Selangor. Must be able to travel when required. Frequency of travelling to KL is 1 - 4 times/month. All travelling and accommodation expenses to outstation (Klang) for support are fully reimbursed by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge in IT network, server system
- Diploma/Degree holder with at least 1 - 2 year working experience in IT support role
- Must be able to travel to outstation
- Must be able to work OT
Contract length: 12 months

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:

- IT Support: 1 year (preferred)
