Ensure customer service standards are maintained

Checking and monitoring of monetary transactions and inquiry / maintenance activities
Ensure smooth running of system, branches administration and staff administration (in the absence of ABM)
Ensure all legal requirements are complied with

Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently
