JOB SUMMARY
Produce innovative and creative solutions/designs that meet the marketing and branding objectives of EP Plus Group.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Create appropriate and impactful graphics/visuals/animation that would meet the objectives of the marketing plan and corporate branding of the organisation in both print and digital media.
- Produce creative work (idea/concept/execution) to ensure it is pitched at the right level, meet the requirements of stakeholders and in a timely manner.
- Propose inputs for product positioning statements to ensure they are aligned with the set marketing objectives.
- Support company events in decoration and product display.
- Assist in being the focal contact person with external creative vendors of EP Plus group to ensure creative/art and design works are carried out as per requirements and delivered in a timely manner.

KEY CHALLENGES
- Understanding the difference of good concept vs on-strategy concept.
- Tight timeline with concurrent events/ activities having same deadlines.
- Aligning expectation and managing creative-brand partnership with respect, fairness, honesty and supportive.

**Knowledge**:

- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising or its equivalent.

**Skills**:

- Adobe software like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc.
- Creativity and innovation
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good command of English

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Arts/Creative/Graphic Design in an advertising or communications agency.
- Experience with both print and digital media.
- Familiar with and be able to work on Mac OS platform.
