As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Coordinator cum Admin to join our team.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role located in Puchong. The Sales Coordinator cum Admin will be responsible for customer service, communication, order processing, sales administrative assistance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Data entry of all operational and sales-related documents and information into shared files and the SQL Accounting System.
2. Issuance of sales invoices, delivery orders (DO), loading advice, and all other documents to customers for delivery purposes.
3. Responsible for collecting all supporting documents from drivers and recording them in shared files and the SQL Accounting System.
5. Maintain proper documentation and filing.
6. Arrange for the courier of supporting documents and invoices to customers.
7. Liaise with existing customers for delivery status, delivery orders and arrangements, and properly record and capture information in respective shared files and the SQL Accounting system.
8. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
1. At least SPM certificates. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are welcome
2. Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
3. Proficient in Word and Excel. Experience in using SQL Accounting System is a big plus, but not compulsory
4. Keen learner with positive attitude and attention to details
5. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment
6. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
7. On-the-job training will be provided.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
