Your presales support responsibilities include explaining the features and benefits of the Hardware and Software solution; comparing it to those of a competitor's products; delivering product presentations to technical and management personnel and communicating with sales and product managers regarding customer needs.

**Responsibilities**:
Primary Responsibilities.
- Leading the Solutions Planning, feedback and target setting for a dedicated customer.
- Interacts with the dedicated customer and to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context and organizational strategic direction.
- Leading strategic architecture discussions and helping the customer develop a vision for the solution.
- Direct involvement in delivery and major presales engagements - from initial engagement through solution architecture and development through to successful project delivery.
- Participates in special solution design projects.
- Support relationship based selling to customers by working closely with account representatives & other technical consultants, & taking a leading technical and customer position during prospecting and closing.
- Personal involvement on selected deals and/or customers ownership (presales ownership for complex solution sale, ongoing customer executive relationship, etc)
- Develop with the strategic sales team strong relationships with partners and customers.
- Able to represent company at customer meetings, presentations and conferences.
- Displays a constructive and positive attitude and actively promotes the passing on and sharing of knowledge within the team.

**Requirements**:

- For junior position, minimum 2 years of experience of IT system integration experience.
- For senior position, minimum 6 years of experience, demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to present ideas to CIO, IT Managers and write proposals, architectural and position paper for customers and publications.
- Ability to effectively engage with business users on discussions regarding complex and core operating business processes, and drive solutions design from both business and technical perspectives.
- Perform high-level architectural review, design and producing development framework.
- Must be a team player who is passionate about technology and customer focused.

Additional requirement for system presales consultant
- Experienced as a System Engineer in the Unix hardware (Sun Solaris, IBM AIX )
- Knowledge of VMware ,Microsoft Hyper -V, Microsoft Windows Server, Linux Red Hat /SUSE/.
- Knowledge of Lenovo / Hpe / Dell Server / storage hardware and software.
- Knowledge of Mysql Database and MS SQL Database.
- Knowledge on HCI solution :Nutanix, VSAN, Sangfor.
- Knowledge of SAN architecture and implementation, iSCSI, and NAS technologies.
- Knowledge of Backup and Recovery technologies.
- Understanding of methodologies for achieving High Availability and clustering

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Jalil: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
