**JOB OVERVIEW**:
As a HubSpot Specialist at our Chronos, you will play a critical role in optimizing and leveraging the full potential of HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Client Service teams.

Your expertise in HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hub will be essential in configuring and customizing the platform to improve new business acquisition, client retention efforts, and overall efficiency.

As an expert in workflows and automation, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HubSpot into various B2B environments. You will stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HubSpot to ensure our in-house implementation is always at the cutting edge.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Service teams to configure HubSpot to meet their specific needs and requirements.
- Optimize lead tracking and reporting, ensuring MQLs, deals won, and pipeline creation are accurately attributed to lead sources.
- Implement automated processes for lead follow-up and deal tracking, minimizing response time and maximizing conversion rates.
- Support Account Managers in setting up customer satisfaction (CSAT) features, tracking CSAT by account manager and team, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Create and manage workflows for account management, including retention pipeline management, churn analysis, and onboarding tracking.
- Integrate HubSpot with finance systems for seamless invoicing and deal tracking.
- Facilitate integrations of external tools such as ClickUp, DocuSign, and other systems with HubSpot for enhanced productivity and collaboration.
- Establish and maintain a "price book" in HubSpot to streamline the quoting process and ensure pricing consistency with approval workflows.
- Implement and manage ticketing systems for customer requests and complaints to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) include successful implementation & ongoing improvement of**:

- Lead generation metrics (MQLs, pipeline created, deals won) by lead source.
- Sales and Account Management efficiency metrics (follow-up time, customer churn, CSAT).
- Integration of finance and other external systems with HubSpot.
- Workflow efficiency and error reduction.
- Continuous improvement in system performance and optimization based on industry best practices.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- HubSpot Certified across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hub
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing HubSpot workflows and automation
- Proven track record in B2B HubSpot environments and knowledge of best practices for new business and client retention strategies
- A continuous learner passionate about staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in HubSpot

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- HubSpot Certifications in Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hub.
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist in a B2B digital marketing agency or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Technical expertise in configuring and customizing HubSpot workflows, automation, and integrations.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends in HubSpot.
