**Ward Nurse**
- Perform patient assessments upon admission, including obtaining medical history and conducting physical examinations.
- Assist physicians during medical procedures and examinations.
- Monitor patients' progress and response to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other specialized nursing interventions.
- Administer intravenous therapy and manage IV lines.
- Conduct patient education on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Perform nursing procedures such as catheterization, nasogastric tube insertion, and tracheostomy care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain infection control measures and promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Monitor and assess patients' health conditions, vital signs, and medical status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: RM30.00 - RM35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift
- Holidays
- Weekend jobs

**Experience**:

- ward nurse: 1 year (preferred)
