Take this opportunity to GROW together and experience a culture that empowers you to express your ideas and share what you're passionate about - Looking for a Digital Manager specialize on performance marketing (SEM, SEO, Social display,programmatic & Lead Gen) for Malaysia and Singapore.This individual will monitor & oversee our marketing campaign across Total Danone brands along the agency with the primary focus on optimization that drives brand objectives and conversion performances.
- Implement, monitor, analyse & optimize digital marketing campaign towards the areas on search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social, display, video & lead generation in the agile environment. Co-work with agency & internal team end-to-end consumer journey to correlate & maps that incorporate consumer interactions & performance data.
- Leverage insights & analytics across paid, owned, earned touchpoint (via Google tag, tag commander & audience management) around consumer behavior, definition, demographics etc to build segmentation and a more personalized experience at scale approach to engagement.
- Make strategic recommendations to enhance advertising campaign landing pages to meet objectives and/or drive conversion rates higher.
- Measure and optimize performance of all digital marketing campaigns towards specific ROIs and KPIs.
- Incorporate into the journey the ever-increasing importance of digital consumer experience.
- Establish & optimize metrics that will both determine successful & impacts of these consumer experiences and measure progress.
- Be an advocate for positive change and work fluidly supporting the Agile delivery methodology. About you - At least 3 years' experience managing paid search campaigns, search engine optimization & social by implementing and managing.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering successful solutions into the marketing campaign objective through multiple channels, with an ability to prioritize and align multiple key stakeholders through the process.
- Solid experience and understanding of Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Shopping etc.
- Passionate about data and the powerful insights via Google Analytics, SEMrushm,Google looker studio,search console,optimser etc that can be interpreted and applied to maximise revenue growth, customer engagement, marketing opportunity and product innovation.
- Come with solid customer orientation, core understanding of the customer lifecycle and customer needs, and how customer insight or customer strategy drives experience.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager, Google Ads,Google Tag Manager & FB Business Manager.
