Invoicing Clerk
Salary Range:RM2500 - RM2800
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.00pm), Saturday (8.30am - 1.00pm)
Rest Day:Sunday
Location: Senai Industry Area
Job Descriptions
- Issue Invoice and Delivery Order
- Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and reports to company’s admin requirement and practices
- Coordinate with sales person and warehouse department
- To ensure that acknowledgement copies of sales invoices and delivery notes are duly returned by the customers
- To ensure that the documents sorting, daily filing of records and documents are completed
- Assist in daily administrative works, or any ad-hoc task to assist senior
- Monthly/yearly stock take
**Requirements**:
- Must be computer literate especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision or as part of the team
- Responsible, organized, good personality and positive attitude
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
