**Responsibilities**:

- To assist on issuing or updating of Delivery Order (D.O), Purchase Order (P.O), Despatch Note (D.N) and Purchase Request (PR).
- Assist on planning of projects, materials and inventories to meet company's objective such as On-Time
- Delivery (OTD) and Inventory Target Levels (DOH).
- Assist on coordinating and managing materials, inventories and projects with the Management, Production team and Purchasing Team.
- Assist in other planning activities as and when required.
- Assist in office administration matters.
- Ensure 5S practice in office.
- Record staff's attendance and report to HR.
- Assist HOD on day to day duties

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year experience in related field
- Able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good social and interpersonal skills
- Willing to do overtime as and when required
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel & Word)
- Possess a valid driving license
- Willing to work in Sungai Rasa, Shah Alam area
