**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, considering resource allocation and procurement needs.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed to meet project goals.
- Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and contract requirements.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to protect the well-being of construction personnel.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, change orders, and meeting minutes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum **10 years related working experience** in the construction field.
- **Experience and participating in the Flood Mitigation Project (Project Tebatan Banjir) would be a plus.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

**Location Requirement**:

- This position is based in **Sungai Lembing, Kuantan, Pahang.**:
Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
