QAqc Manager

The QAQC Manager reports to the Senior Project Manager and is responsible for the implementation and execution of QAQC procedures and system that fulfils the objectives of the Project needs. The roles and responsibilities of the QAQC Manager includes the overall implementation of the Project Quality Plan and exercising the following but are not limited to:

- Development of the Project Quality Plan after Notice to Proceed had been issued by utilising CHEC Quality Procedures as the guide lines.
- Coordinates management procedure preparation including Quality Control Procedures, Quality Records Procedures, Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITP)
- Conducts QA/QC training to all project staff
- Monitors quality control activities from site inspection, witness testing, site audit
- Assists the Materials/Laboratory Engineer with materials/laboratory activities
- Performs surveillance of document and drawing control
- Reviews and signs the quality report
- Implements and maintains the non-conformance corrective program.
- Also oversees the implementation and maintaining of Records Management System including all document control identification, procedures and protocols.
- The quality team the project team to manage workflows and to ensure that the extensive submission, review and certification processes within design & delivery stages are maintained, including document storage and archiving.
