**Position : Customer Experience Specialist**
Job Summary:
- Process reservations or support work relating to airline programme/related products
- Manages feedback/complaints and liaise with back end support to resolve members’ issues
- Advise on latest promotions
**Qualifications**:
- Min Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
- Able read & speak in MANDARIN. Not required to write. English proficiency must be good.
- Possess a high level of problem resolution ability to identify the cause of the issues and provide a holistic solution, at the first contact.
- Strong interest in digital advertising technology and social media products, and ideally experience running marketing campaigns (for agency or own business)
- Comfortable working in a contact centre (voice/chat based) environment and willing to observe a shift schedule which may include weekends
Work with TDCX (MY) - We will consider rehiring if you are our ex staff. (upon internal checking)
Work location : KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur [NU Sentral 1]
Working days : 24/7 rotational shift (5 days a week, 2 consecutive off days)
Shift Allowance:
Morning: RM10/day
Evening: RM20/day
Midnight: RM35/day
KPI Allowance : RM500
Mandarin language : RM300 [fixed]
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
