**Job description**:
- Answering inbound calls regarding products of the company.
- Key in the details and complaints into system.
- Able to manage work efficiently while maintaining a good Average Handling Time (AHT) per call.
- Good command of English and Bahasa.
- Disciplined and able to commit to the working hours.
- Able to start Immediately.
**Working Day & Hours**:
- 5 days work (rotational) ; 6th day OT rates.
- 2 days off.
- Only morning shift.
- 8 hours shift.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
