华文幼教老师 Mandarin Preschool Teacher

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Supervise classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
- Organize supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.
- Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
- Prepare lesson plan and implement educational activities and events.
- Ensure classroom is clean and orderly.
- Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports and semester report cards.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings.
- Evaluate and document students’ progress.

- 与其他老师合作，以确保学校营造出一个吸引和养育每个孩子的环境
- 管理日常课堂活动，包括结构化课程，免费游戏，上厕所，午餐时间和学生休息时间
- 参加专业会议，教育会议和教师培训讲习班，以保持和提高专业能力
- 履行主管或中心负责人分配的所有其他职责

- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Attention to details, problem-solving, ability to work autonomously and versatility.
- Added Advantage: Able to teach Mandarin/Music.
- Problem solving skill.
- Flexible to changes.

**Education Level**:
Diploma or Degree

**Field of Studies**:
At least a Diploma/Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, or related field.

**Language**:
Fluent in Mandarin
