**Order Processing**: Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers. Coordinate with the store and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.

**-Conduct Sales Activities**: To achieve revenue targets and pursue sales opportunities through communicate with customers.
- **Build & Maintain Strong Relationship with existing & potential customers**: To understand their needs and preferences.

**-Sales Reporting**:Prepare regular sales reports and present data to the sales team and management as required.

**-Data Management**: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

**-Sales Coordination**:Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth communication and coordination between different departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations.

**-Sales Documentation**: Manage and organize sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
