**Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Responsible for the execution of bidding and contracting activities of assigned

countries/categories according to the defined buying processes- To conduct sourcing and supplier market intelligence as well as perform supplier qualification review coordination
- To manage e-Sourcing event and monitor supplier communication, supplier training, bidding analysis, and pitch presentation organization.
- Identifying opportunities to improve and automate recurrent processes, thus allowing greater focus on value adding activities.
- To generate productivity report as per procurement guidelines and support activities to improve competitive bidding processes.
- To oversee cost savings calculation and tracking.
- Identifying continuous improvement activities through analysis of historical events, performance, and trends.
- Contract preparation and drafting based on agreed conditions or contractual terms of negotiation.

**Minimum requirements**

**Job Requirements**:

- University/Advanced degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Statistics
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (Speaking, Typing/writing, Reading)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a global environment in a similar position
- Experience in reporting & advanced analytical and presentation tools.
- Experience in Spend reporting, analysis and optimization.
- Experience with E-Sourcing tools.
- Good understanding of operations and business culture of multinational company.
- Experience in supporting clients directly / managing Stakeholders.
