Mould Maker

Working knowledge of fabricate Plastic injection molds. Be capable of working without direct supervision. Capable of trouble shooting and repairing molds. Supervise start up of tooling at the Company or vendor shop and follow up tools through approval to mass production. Responsibility to arrange and source the tooling equipment inclusive of tooling on allotted machines. Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings and create drawings from component parts. Proficient in operating Manual Conventional machines/ CNC mills, EDM/ Wirecuts/ Surface grinding abilities. To support any maintenance and improvement projects required around the business Maintain mold history record including preventive maintenance and repairs. Proficient in Computer skills Cad / Office software, reports, documents, fillings. Performs quality checks on parts produced (new mold/repair mold) Must know and comply with all safety rules and company policy and procedure. Keep own and adjacent work areas clean. Carry out any other tasks assigned by the management or superior.
