Key Responsibilities:
**Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience.
- Identify key social media platforms for engagement, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Research and stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to maximise reach and effectiveness.

**Content Creation and Curation**:

- Create original, engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
- Curate relevant content from external sources to supplement our own content and provide value to our audience.
- Collaborate with the design team and all relevant departments to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand voice and messaging.

**Community Engagement**:

- Foster a vibrant and active online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Initiate and participate in conversations relevant to our audience, encouraging interaction and dialogue.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities for engagement or intervention.
- Influencer Partnerships and Campaigns:

- Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, bloggers, and thought leaders in the health and wellness space.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop and execute social media campaigns, contests, or partnerships to increase brand visibility and reach new audiences.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyse social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics.
- Generate regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimise social media strategies, content tactics, and audience targeting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in the health, lifestyle, or publishing industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and interact with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling, health, and wellness.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
