Warehouse Keeper

We are looking for an **Energetic** and **Responsible** Warehouse Keeper to receive and dispatch merchandise to and from our warehouse. The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for warehouse inventories and activities related to the warehouse including shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock arrangement, documenting warehouse/store transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of surplus or shortages inventory.

- **What We Need From You: 我们需要你做什么：**_
- To supports the daily operations of the warehouse. 协助仓库的日常运作。
- To maintain the accuracy of inventory in warehouse & ensure accurate computer records. 保持仓库库存的准确性并且确保准确的电脑记录。
- To prepare the products based on Delivery Order for customer orders and Stock Transfer listing for Branches. 根据客户订单的交货单和分支机构的库存转移清单准备产品。
- Responsible for all stock controls, housekeeping & weekly/monthly stock checks activity. 负着所有库存控制、内务管理和每周/每月库存检查活动。
- To coordinates with others warehouse keeper/PIC on any interbranch stock arrangement. 与其他仓库管理员/负责人协调任何跨部门库存安排。
- To receives and inspects all incoming materials/products and reconciles with purchase orders/purchase requisition; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders/purchase requisition; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received. 接收和检查所有材料/产品并与采购订单/采购申请核对；处理和分发带有采购订单/采购申请的文件；报告、记录和跟进收到的订单的损坏和差异。
- To ensure all the receiving goods been placed/stored in appropriate location. 确保所有接收到的货物都放置/存放在适当的位置。
- To maintains records of all deliveries and submit bulk to HQ office daily. 保持所有交付记录并每天提交给总部办公室。
- To fills purchase requisitions; assists manager in ordering adequate stores and supplies, delivers orders to respective branches or customers. 填写采购申请；协助经理订购足够的商店和用品，将订单交付给各个分支机构或客户。
- To receives, stores, printing barcode, tags and tracks shortages or surplus inventory; prepares inventory lists for items have issue and report to superior. 接收、存储、打印条码、标签和跟进短缺或过剩库存；为有问题的物品准备库存清单并向上级报告。
- **What is the right people for us? 什么是适合我们的人？**_
- **Minimum **_**3 years’**_ **working experience in similar field. 至少3年类似领域的工作经验。**
- **Preferable understand hardware. 了解硬件者优先。**
- Literate in basic computer skills. 具备基本的电脑技能。
- Able to work with minimum supervision. 能够在最少的监督下工作。
- Good interpersonal relationship and communication skill, team player and meticulous. 良好的人际关系和沟通能力，团队合作精神，及一丝不苟。
- Willingness to learn & able to multitask. 意愿学习并能够同时处理多项任务。

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
