Internship for Telemarketing

**During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas**:

- Generate sales lead through business sales calls to potential or existing customers.
- Professionally promote Company’s products and answer any enquiry related to products and Company.
- Always try to understand customer’s requirements and meet their expectations.
- Proactively establish list of potential customers and qualify sales leads through phone calls.
- Cold call / telemarketing to existing / potential customers to identify prospect customers.
- Update Company’s database.
- Assist in sales & marketing activities and events whenever needed
- Any other tasks assign from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Friendly, warm and interested in telemarketing and telesales works
- Required skill(s): Good communication skill, detailed and organized
- Training & coaching will be provided
- Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong (nearby Bandar Puteri LRT Station)

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
