HR & Admin Executive

**Responsibility**:
1. Manage the employee database and staff movement including preparation of all HR letters, contracts and memos for the company, systematically filing important company documents.

2. Manage human resource operations tasks such as sending staff salaries, SOCSO, EPF, EIS and statutory payments, managing staff attendance, recruitment, retention, exit.

3. Participate in other HR functions such as training, performance evaluation (KPI), policy review, etc.

4. Provide onboarding training for new employees to facilitate their smooth integration into the organization.

5. Manage & hold monthly staff meetings to ensure compliance with company rules, policies and regulations and to resolve emerging issues.

6. Assist and deal in resolving any administrative issues related to employment and welfare raised by employees.

7. Maintain office supplies for the department and maintain proper stock levels.

8. Manage, monitor & recommend general maintenance & office maintenance.

10. Any other duties and responsibilities given by superiors from time to time.

**Requirements**:
2. At least 2 years working experience in related field.

3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in English will be considered as added value).

4. Well verse with Microsoft Applications (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point).

5. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

6. Able to work independently, under pressure and multi

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
