1.Comments and review tenants concept design submissions for their outlets. 2.Coordination between internal departments for matters pertaining fit-out operation 3. Regular site visits to monitor site works quality and verify that all works are done accordance with approved submission and compliance with mall regulations within fit-out period. 4.To conduct joint inspections for hand-over of vacant possession to tenant or take-over restored by landlord / management 5.To arrange and ensure all landlord M&E provision (FCUs, Power supply, water inlet etc.) are being carried out by M&E prior to commencement of fit-out works by tenant. 6.Other tasks as assigned by direct superior. Job Requirement : 1. At least Diploma in Interior Design or Engineering or equivalent. 2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 3. Able to speak Chinese is an advantage. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Possess own transportation and accommodation. 6. Able to think critically and solve problems efficiently. 7. Computer literate; preferably proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D, Microsoft Office
