**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline (eg: Manufacturing or Engineering)
**Requirements**:
- Preferable 3 years of management experience in the manufacturing industry (with a team size of over 30 people)
- Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay languages (speak, read and write)
**Job Descriptions**:
- Ensure product quality and on-time delivery
- Daily management of the production line and report generation
- Handle administrative procedures for the headquarters
- Manage on-site personnel attendance, task assignments, and performance assessments
- Control production scheduling, develop production plans, delivery schedules, and output targets, while improving production capacity and reducing costs
- Plan and oversee industrial activities related to product manufacturing
- Establish standard production processes, product production process planning, and labor hour estimation
- Take full responsibility for company production management
- Carry out tasks assigned by senior supervisors
