**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Perform preventive maintenance services according to the schedule for all equipment.
- Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
- Conduct field troubleshooting, repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances apparatus and repair products at customers’ sites.
- Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications.
- Serve and assist customers in matters related to all technical issues.
- Provide technical solution and product training to customers when required.
- Write accurate professional reports on technical issues and interface with all involved functions.
- Report and escalate all observed incidents and irregularities through proper operational escalation points.
- Perform preparation, installation, and commissioning of new machines/system.
- Provide feedback to divisions on customers' experience, product quality issues, and any improvement suggestions.
- Monitor system / plant performance, detect / highlight abnormalities and finding solutions to overcome them as well as advise for improvements.
- Advising management on continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
- Ordering of electrical supplies and equipment.
- Lead groups and supervise and technicians in operating / troubleshooting system / plant.
- Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- MUST possess Diploma/Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical engineering and related or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in service; fresh graduates with a keen interest will be considered as training is provided.
- Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment is added advantage.
- Able to work with minimum supervision, resourceful, and self-motivated.
- Computer literate is compulsory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa/English and the local language.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Willing to work overtime and standby for ad hoc tasks
- Willing to be based in the Plant/Site.
- Able to work and deliver under pressure.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay
